We, the class of 1959, have reached a milestone of our first goal in life. There lies before us the challenge of meeting the complex problems of a new era. Class of 1960, we leave the leadership of this school in your hands. May you carry your responsibility well. Parents, teachers, and friends - we will be ever mindful of your encouragement, assistance, and guidance as we go our separate ways. While striving to reach our goal along the unknown highway which leads to success, may we always justify the faith and trust that you have placed in us. We. know that it will be a very difficult job, but we will do our level best.
