One day I climbed on my magic carpet, determined to sail around the world and find my classmates, whom I hadn't seen for many years. Starting my trip in Ludlow, I first saw Carol and Joan, the inseparable twins. They still smoke, drink, and chase men. They're a little slower at catching them but not so you'd notice it. Leaving Ludlow, 1 continued on to Gassett's where I found a new restaurant: Dot's Do Or Die Restaurant. Her main dish is called: ''Quick Death. Flying over England, I noticed a crowd of people. Flying lower, I found that Allan was being crowned King of England. I always thought Allan would get big someday. Continuing on to Rome, I found Jane modeling a bathing suit. As a pastime, she is a cheer- leader for the Roman Chariot Races. Over Norway, I noticed a streak moving swiftly through the snow. Upon investigating I dis- covered Ed was leading the U.S. skiers to win the Olympics. Dave heard a lot about the milk maids so he moved his dairy to Switzerland. He is now running the Bryant and Family Cheese Factory. Bredo has graduated from the German University, and is now trying to revive the Romantic Languages. Everything was in a flutter when I arrived in China. It seems that Joss” made 100 points in a basketball game last night. He is playing with the Boston Globe Trotters. He will open a School of Chopsticks strictly for girls when he gets back home. A strange sight greeted my eyes in Russia. George is touring the countryside selling the new streamlined 1999 Chevies, a gas pedal, and a steering wheeL Sugie has opened a home for homeless men in Australia. She has quite a business. While flying over the Sahara Desert, I noticed a lonely little building in die middle of nowhere. Deciding to find out what it was, 1 landed my carpet. There was Tate making a very profitable business of operating a refueling garage for camels. Sylvia is teaching Home Economics to the cannibals in Africa. They say she could make a very tasty dish. As I flew over Hawaii, it was necessary to stop for lunch. Immediately after lunch, I joined a large, noisy crowd. While pushing my way to the center, I found Rich. He is growing flowers and selling them to the hula girls. Upon reaching the middle of the crowd, I discovered our little Charleen dancing the hula with the best of them. Sandy, the old maid of the class, is living in the dark interior of Brazil. She never could get the man she wanted; and when she finally decided to take the man she could get, she couldn't even get him.
