Dr. Reid received his Ed.D. from the University of California. DeCABOOTER Dr. DeCabooter, the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Provost of the East Campus, is responsible for the formulation of policies, their recom- mendation to the President, and their implementation after Board approval. For all East Campus Programs he directs planning and coordinates the neces- sary faculty, staff, facilities, supplies, and equipment for each. I-Ie serves on a number of campus and district councils and committees, and this year he also supervises the campus newspaper. His educ ation included an A. A. from St. Gregory's Junior College in Shawnee, Oklahoma, a B. A. fro m St. John's Univ e rsit y in Congerville, Minnesota, and an M. S. Ed. and Ed. D. from Indiana University in Blooming- ton. Before coming to B. I-LE., he held administrative positions at St. Gregory's Junior College and Indiana University. Family activities tsuch as bi ki ng, traveling, and sportsj and community servi c e fsuch as Rotary Club and the Association fo r Retarded Citizensy fill Dr. DeCabooter's off-duty hours.
