The Jun- iors have proven themselves to be one of the most successful classes: at Black Creek Township High School. Early in the year they held a party to Welcome the Sophomores into Senior High. One of the most important under- takings of this class was the choosing of their class rings. After looking Over various samples they decided on a very nice one and were delighted to receive them before Christmas. In January they published the Bee Cee Tee, which main- tained the previous standards of the Journal. The combined Bingo and Bake Sale which was held to obtair. funds for the annual Junior-Senior Prom was a huge success and the profits exceeded all previous records. Some of the boys have shown their athletic ability by being selected for the Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball squads. They have also proven their theatri- cal ability by producing an assembly program entitled, Make Room for Rod- ney, in January. This play was en- joyed immensely by all the student body. There are also two girls of the Jay-Vee Cheer- ing squad. Their cheerful, polite. and neat appearance have made them very popu- lar with the upper classmen.
