President Werner Completes Seven Years Work At BJC As the years go by, your memory of the college life of which you are now a part will become blurred. Pictures and words will recall your experiences at Bismarck Junior Col- lege and will provide a history you will treasure. The Jay- Cee-An thus provides an historical record of your first years of college. The 1968-1969 Jay-Cee-An is a flash picture of a very- short period in the history- of Bismarck Junior College. The many advancements and the growth taking place on cam- pus during this year arc the result of your participation.
