Phi Theta Kappa And Who’s Who Eleven Bismarck Junior College graduates were selected for the 1966-1967 edition of Who's Who, which represented approximately 90 per cent of the junior colleges in the nation. The student's selection was based on scholastic achievement, citizenship, aptitude, attitude and service to the school and the community. Three of these individuals were also named to Phi Theta Kappa, a national honor society. They were as follows: Thomas Hildenbrand, Bonita Mathena and Richard Morson.
