 ? ne wict This pleasant and attractive book has been written and compiled by the Jay-Cee-An editors and staff to record the events of the school year at Bismarck Junior College which have affected us all. In a warm and sympathetic manner the editors have been able to give the readers a glimpse and briefing about the freshmen and sophomores who make up our student body of nearly 500 students. Social and personal adjustments to Junior College life are emphasized. But between the lines each student will project his own adjustment to the adventure of beginning college. He will review his adjustment to the freedom of college life; the conquering of loneliness; the balancing of work and play; the making and keeping of new friends; the planning ahead for the completion of college; the develop- ment of emotional and intellectual maturity; and the discovery and realization that the time spent in college becomes vital years in preparation for a happy and worth- while life.
