A Board of Education is comprised of five dedicated individuals. These individuals get no pay, devote many hours of service, receive lots of criticism, make vital decisions, and get much satisfaction from doing an important service to the Bismarck School District. You are appreciated! t Board: Margaret Bennett, Robert Tucker. Gerald Bunn, Harold Dean Horton, and Stan Smith. Superintendent Administrative Leaders To an outsider looking in, it might appear that Mr. Scott Henderson is working in the shadow of his father, but this is not the case as Scott has made his own tracks in the field of education. Also, to some, working side-by-side with his father might pose a problem. This doesn’t seem to be the case with the father and son team who serve as elementary and high school principals. These two principals are doing a good job side by side.
