Superintendent Dr. Frank Mitchell, Superintendent We often take for granted the important people behind the scenes in our school system. One very important man at Bismarck School is our Superintendent, Dr. Frank Mitchell. Dr. Mitchell has been at Bismarck three years. During this time he has worked hard for the school system. Dr. Mitchell will continue to work hard with many plans to meet the new Educational Standards. We would like to take this time to thank him for his hard work and support.
