J Probably no people in history have had anything to contend with like a certain couple named Maxwell. In this comedy, Betty Lou Maxwell writes to a firm that looks up family trees . The reply arrives, but is intercepted by Mr. Maxwell. He gasps when he reads his ancestors included Jack the Ripper, Bluebeard and other lower creatures. Of course the fun begins and there is one hilarious event after another. Bemadine Smith: Diane Allen, Betty Lou Maxwell: Holly Hunt. unior Class Presents. FHA Girls Honor The 1971-72 FHA Banquet, given in honor of our mothers, was held at Bowen's Restaurant in Arkadelphia, December 8. The guest speaker, Mrs. Dewey Chapel, spoke on a girl becoming a woman. Due to illness, the FHA Beau, Rocky Hughes, was unable to attend the banquet and the key of appreciation was given to his mother, Mrs. C. L. Hughes. The program was as follows: Invocation..........Karen Whisenant Welcome...............Norma Hardage Thought For the Day.......Holly Hunt A Song, So Far Away . . Joan Milam Jerry Matlock Doug Green Beverly Anthony A Song, Everything is Beautiful . . . Diane Allen Patty Glasgow Speaker............Mrs. Dewey Chapel Mother With Banquet Vice President, Norma Hardage, presented Mrs. chapel with a small token of appreciation. Holly Hunt gave the thought for the day. I Mrs. Chapel chatted with a few of her previous students and their children after the banquet. 28
