In Memory of Jimmy Burroughs Jimmy Burroughs was fatally injured in a car accident near Bismarck on June 20. 1970. He is survived by his parents, Mr. Mrs. David Burroughs, and his sisters, Pamela, Susan, and Doris Burroughs, all of Bismarck. Jimmy was a member of the seventh grade class and was elected seventh grade class favorite in 1970. He was a member of the Bismarck Church of God. Jimmy will always be found in the memories of his friends and will long be remembered by them. What Is Death It is not death to die— To leave this weary road. And, 'mid the brotherhood on high. To be at home with God. It is not death to close The eye long dimmed by tears. And wade in glorious repose To spend eternal years. It is not death to bear The wrench that sets us free From dungeon chain, to breathe the air Of boundless liberty. It is not death to fling Aside this sinful dust. And rise on strong exulting wing To live among the just. Jesus, thou Prince of life Thy chosen cannot die! Like thee they conquer in the strife To reign with thee on high. ---Abraham H. C. Mai an 2
