These times in Even as men walk on the moon and great discoveries are made, every day happenings still fill the greater part of our lives. We, of the school age group, spend a large part of our lives at school and in its activities. During these times opinions are formed of each other, of our elders, and of controversial subjects, lasting friendships are made and some of our most enjoyable times are connected with school. These times in our lives, memorable and exciting, are recorded within the pages of this, our YESTERYEAR 1970. Freshmen girls, Donna Hardage, Kathy Colvin, Patty Glasgow, and Judy Keith discuss important matters with Mr. Holt.

The 1970 YESTERYEAR is proudly dedicated to The 1970 YESTERYEAR is proudly dedicated to Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Holt We of the Yesteryear Staff wish to dedicate this 1970 Yesteryear to an inspring couple. A couple who has spent many of their years together in helping and teaching others. Those who have been under their teaching have felt an enrichment of knowledge and character. We are thankful for their guidance. Mrs. Holt teaches the third grade in elementary. Mr. Holt is elementary principal and teaches history and geography in junior high. The school will definitely feel a loss when Mr. and Mrs. Holt retire at the closing of the 1969-70 school year. We wish them fulfillment and happiness in the future. Mr. and Mrs. Holt, Good luck and the best of everything.
