As it being top scorer in Bronco basketball history isn't enough, Rod has involved himself in iust about everything else possible. Throughout his high school days, he's been truly an outstanding teenager. Rod has been active in Rep. Council, and as a Senior he presided over the Student Council as Student Body Vice President. It was Rod who started the movement to rewrite the school Con- stitution, and it was Rod who went to Boy's State last year. And . . . as it this weren't enough, Rod traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the Presidential Classroom. Just another basketball player? Hardly. He's truly this year's outstanding Senior. 1 JUNIGR SENIOR BASKETB LL GAM Seniors reigned vicTorious oT Their on nuol FighT To The Finish wiTh The lun iors. Every game was one not to be missed. None were easy and we should salute Coach Schoitz, Coach Spector, and most of all the entire offensive and defensive units, for their determination and their perseverance. As the year progressed, the list of iniuries compiled by the Bronco team mounted so rapidly that it seemed each week a new backfield would have to be formed. Although we lacked the expected strength in the running members, the units were un- doubtedly some of the best players in the league. This was substantiated by the fact that Bob Lowden, Pat Wagner, and Tom Peters were presented C.l.F. awards. 139' -of'- 'df 's N ,K , ,iv 3' fa v ,su 1.- vw AJ' 'N I ,ff ,.wU ' N - M , ,gf-x. , , .f , , , x -in -MTV 4. ll 73 M A ,ry it if A-Jbwiy ,BQ -uf wif 13169. av I v in Q, 6 'gc 3 LL in A ,J s unix ,cr 1 .f 4 -di M, Nw .53-,K 1-4 1611971 v X 1 +f ' r Q xg ' ,.t 458' 4 P if 1.1 .XXI il.:-A X . .. xi'-' Bishop Broncos in Action. They sold tickets as well as food at all sports events. The Service Club is an organization too often taken for granted by the student body. Respectively, Antigone , The Christmas Carol , Arms and the Man . This year proved to be a time of interesting innovations in the high school theatre dept. in that a great deal of responsibility was relegated to student direc- tors in the areas of acting and producing which included lighting, sound, stage managing, costuming and publicity. To these directors, goes a great deal of admiration and thanks from all who proved themselves in competency, dedica- tion, and a tremendous desire to improve in the many, many hours of rehearsal, who are aware of their activity. The heart of the theatre, no less acknowledgement must be paid the per- formers, a group of striking personalities who provide an intense dedication to self-improvements in the difficult and nebulous, yet captivating field of acting. if 15 1 S Z6 i Vu!
