Ski Club Plans Trips To France and Austria We'll open with a movie and some advice on skiing safety. With these words, the Ski club got under way with Fr. Bernard Splawski as moderator. Fr. Bernard accompanied the more advanced skiers to a ski marathon at Wing Hollow. Also on the agenda was an Austrian trip consisting of a one week stay in Austria and one week in France. This organization is for beginners, advanced, or in-between skiers. It meets on ten consecutive Fridays at Glenwood Acres. Karate Club Strikes Another Year I'm in Bishop Timon's Karate Club. What good is it, how many times in your life do you get mugged? lt's not just for self defense but it's a dis- cipline for your body. Many people who are in :l'imon's Karate Club have probably been asked this same question. This Club meets every Monday night from 7:1i0P.l'vl. to 9:30 P.M. and it is open to the pub- lie. The organization is growing and has ap- proximately 20 members. The instructor of this group is Mr. George Insley. Fr. Paschal is an avid member, never missing a meeting. XMNN Top, Fr.
