We. the Freshmen class oliicially became a part of Timon when we were initiated. This initiation showed us the give-take spirit of Timon. The Seniors gaxe and we took! Our introduction to the Friars was most astound- ing. Imagine finding a friend as well as a priest and an instructor. We enjoyed the independancy of Nash Hall although we always felt a close union with the Main Building. Haxing our own laboratory and library pro- xided all the necessary materials for a good education. The intra-mural sports emphasized the friendly rivalry between rooms. A loss did not mean a failure but instead meant that we would haxe to work harder in order to succeed at JN. and Varsity sports. We were definitely impressed by the wide range of clubs and extra-curricular actixities from which to choose. We elected John Schree- nan. President and Robert Roberts.
