The Spring season was highly successful. as Timon went on to win every match. bringing their total to 19 straight wins. The turning point of the season came when Timon defeated Canisius in an overtime match. The score was tied six all after the regulation I8 holes. It took three more holes before the duet of Joe Purcell and Mike Snajczuk came through to beat their opponents. Two Timonites received All-Catholic positions-Joe Purcell and Jake Pfister. The Fall season was not so successful. Timon started out on the right foot by defeating St. Francis ll-1. Then two straight loses to St. Joe's and Canisiusjust about put an end to any possibility of Timon repeating as champs for the third straight year. Timon closed out the season with a victory over Baker-Victory-95-ZW. Again Jake Pfister came through as the big gun and took an All- Catholic berth.
