Edmund Powers, editor-in-chief, along with the tire- for the Tahsman Phowgmpher' less aid of the complete staff upheld the age old tradition and repu- tation that the Tidings has acquired over the years. The interest in school spirit brought about by the publieation of the Tidings has been a big faetor in spreading the name of Timon throughout the Buffalo area. Top Tidings writers make-final check of copy before it goes to press. They are James Pacer, Paul Rudnicki, Neal llerkel, Robert Leary, joseph Cavanaugh, and Louis Ricci. Fr. Norbert and illr. ' W Leading characters in the Timon production of Escurial are lid .llurray and ,lack Courtney. This year marked the sixth annual return of Mr. Joseph Hayes to the Bishop Timon stage. His shows are traditionally known for their artistic and professional appearance that is characteristic of Broadway musicals. This year's production Head Over Heels, with a cast of over 300 presented a score of spectacular sequences high- lighted by well known hits from such famous shows as Kiss Me Kate, The Music Man, and Damn Yankees. A well earned measure of credit must be given to the Moderator of Dramatics, Fr. Charles Rowley, 0.F.M., and his assistant Fr. Guy Ryan, O.F.M., without whose help this show could not have been a success. With its outstanding record of the past, the Timon Dramatics Club looked to the future, and its production, 12 Angrv Men. wma, Behind the scene heroes, the Tinian stage crew, come out of hiding to have their picture taken. Peg W'alsh leads the chorus in Pappa Won't You Dance With Ale. ? i z Q 1
