E THE class of 1959 w ho have climbed the gantry and are now poised to be sprung loose from the launching stage are not without some degree of nostalgia We who have entered Bishop Ryan High School as freshmen to Find so many strange and new facets, now grieve at the thought of missing the many friends with whom we have become familiar We shall long remember the happy times spent acquiring new knowledge and helping each other through difficult stages. We are also thankful for the models of liv- ing and the aid in the application of our newly acquired knowledge Now, as we are about to enter the Space Age we know that we shall not falter, for like fine precision parts, we have been handcarved and tooled from the molds of the best of the past into the citizens of tomorrow. 14
