Art S110 case Bishop O'Dowd has a well known art program. The students of the art classes have the opportunity to show off their art in :he art showcases around the school and in the performing arts center. The AP artists have also displayed their art at a museum in an Francisco. ' i. .Wy WWW t- xx-1 ii, Living Ldb The creation of the living lab this year has given the students at O'Dovvd the opportunity to see ecosystems develop in their very own backyard. They get a hands-on experience in the creation and development of the living lab. it is a great site that will soon turn into a wonderful lab that will be home to many outdoor classroom experiences.

HJGTMJGJ' The fall play this year was which takes place during the 1950s in a small town. The play is about a young woman Madge, vvho is being pressured to marry a rich man in order to escape poverty. l-ler next-door neighbor, a lonely elderly vvoman, always takes in young men to help her out around the house. The newest young man next door, Hal, a friend of Madge's boy- friend, falls in love with her. Madge falls in love vvith Hal and they run off together. There are also several interesting side plots. The overall production vvas great. Ms. Oliver, the director, Merideth Fish, the assitant-director, Erin Garvey, the stage manager, and Laura Schreck, the costume manager, along with the cast, made the production fabulous.
