Pep Rallies-Knight Time The best thing about pep rallies wasn ' t the shortened classes, it was the atmosphere. After sixth period the stu- dents felt free to get wild and crazy. The pep rallies consist- ed of skits and performances by the cheerleaders and songs. Contests were a hot item this year as some of the schools best looking guys strutted across the gym floor flaunting their hot legs . Mike Balderas won the title because of his originality though many thought Mike Fish had the best legs. The pep rallies proved to be a great asset to the athlete ' s confidence. (ireg Gomez prepares the outside of the gym for the pep rally. Rene Brigden, Pele Sterfenelli, Jolene Gregory, Kalhy Trujillo, Pat Mancuso, and the great Kim Hix entertain the entire school with their protrayal of the North High cheerleaders. Freshmen show their spirit Woodstock as their mascot. Sophomores get lazy at Knight Time. Jerry Desert, Bo Kelly, Greg Gomez, Mike Fish, Pat Mancuso, and Martin Von Kanel show their stuff.
