p H Y S I c A L E D U C A T I O N The Bishop Montgomery Physical Edu- cation Department was a major part of the curriculum this year. With a combination of spacious, well-heated, and brightly lit locker rooms, and the many fields and courts, everyone enjoyed P.E. this year. Each day one of the many instructors would toss the black-and-gold-clad stu- dents a ball or two and turn them loose. Such fun the kids would have, bouncing a flat rubber ball through rain, mud, gopher holes, and the occasional patch of quick- sand. And after all this fun was over, they would still have a minute-and-a-half to shower, dress, recuperate and bandage their wounds before their next class. 1 Gymnastics is a lavonie of girls P.E. 5w »;i» W»S. B U S I N E S S The Business Department of Bishop Montgomery has a two-fold purpose in preparing its students. First, we seek to install ethical values that are presently avoided in today ' s business world. We also hope to prepare our students for some of the everyday business proce- dures. It is the hope of the Business Depart- ment that the students who leave Mont- gomery will improve in economic citi- zenship, understand the human dignity of all workers, and apply Christian eth- ics to business problems. 124 Business
