PRODUCTIONS A WELL DESER VED BOW Stage Crew Behind every successful McNamara production there stands a stage crew. Sworn to reserve all major adjustments until the last minute, this group has artfully managed to sandwich traces of work and production between rest and coke periods. But. even in view of this seemingly organized chaos, none can deny the truly creative works and sets that have suddenly appeared in their finished states on Open- ing Night, much to the exhausted relief of Brother Francis Bruno CSC, their director. Stationed behind drawn cur- tains, and ever in the shadow of brilliant lights, the stage crew has taken great pride in its work, and given great pride to its school. ' The Mafia awaiting its prey. We ' re having Beef-A-Roni!

STAGE McNamara Players Under the direction of Brother Walter Krammar, C.S.C. the Mc- Namara Players have conscientiously built appreciation in the fine arts here at McNamara. Their impressive performances not only better the reputation of the school, but also develop the personality of each par- ticipating student. The largest cast thus far, twenty- six, presented the smashing success- ful comedy , THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER, around Thanksgiving time. Having been well received by all, our Thespian group marched on for the finale, by presenting the sus- pense-packed drama, SUBMERGED. The McNamara Players are adept- ly proving the point that all the world ' s a stage. The Cast: FIRST ROW (L. TO R.J C. Peterson, M. Kane, J. Casey, J. Keyes; SECOND ROW: R. M U S I c McNamara has two fine bands of which its students can be proud: the Marching Band and the Concert Band; both under the direction of Brother Robert Antonetti, C.S.C. Whenever one finds himself at a Mc- Namara football game, he is sure to see the best band in the area add pep to each quarter of play and per- form zesty halftime entertainment for the viewers. The Concert band, also rated as one of the best in the area, exhibits its exceptional playing ability and professional demeanor at the seasonal concerts. These two bands are always sure to display the McNamara know-how and talent. 14
