A thankful heart is not only the greatest virtue, but the parent of all other virtues. -Cicero. Yet it is indeed difficult to attempt a listing of those to whom we are grateful, for fear that we may inadvertantly forget someone. Certainly we are grateful to our parents for the many, untold sacrifices which they made in order to send us to a Catholic high school. Then, too, our pastors deserve a word of thanks for their continued contribu- tions to our education and their interest in our welfare, both spiritual and academic. The drive for the funds which made possible the building of our school could not have been a success had it not been for the many men and women who trudged from door to door throughout the various parishes of the diocese, appealed for con- tributions, and then returned to make collections. To them we say a special Thank you for their generous contribution of their time and their energy. Our appreciation is likewise extended to the members of the community who contributed their hard earned money so that we could have a good school to attend. Finally, we are grateful to everyone who is a part of Bishop Ludden High School - our principal, vice-principal, teachers, guidance counselors, coaches, nurse, and all staff members, secretarial, custodial, and cafeteria - for all that each and everyone has done for us. We are leaving Bishop Ludden High School but we carry with us the mark of its first graduation class. For this we will always be grateful.
