MEMURIE School days! Happy fast -moving dream days! Unforgettable memories of Bis- hop Kenny High School and its many happy associations and events. What a nervous uncertain group of stu- dents we were back in September 1952 when as sophomores we entered our brand new school for the first time. Soon we were at ease with our kind and lla, W, L f ' helpful Sisters and teachers. Our class was drawn together with elections, sports, hayrides and spiritual projects. Yes, we had fun and hard work, and in the interests of scienc motorcade trip all the 5 ' Seniors at last!. Ring day has come and gone but the beautiful thrill of receiving that prized class ring, blessed by Father Farrelly in our little school chapel, will live among the blessed memo- ries of a senior's life. Our last school retreat, praying to- gether for guidance in our future years, our last school play and final sports of the year--all came too fast and left us with a feeling of longing for the days that were over. Butwe are proud to be numbered among the Graduates of Bishop Kenny High School, and grateful to our parents and teachers who have made this great day possible for us. Of our high school life we can truly say-- It's been wonderful ! we made a yto Marineland. ,X Our .Tunior Year! Harder studies, more events - Homecoming, Fashion Show, Variety Show, all ending in the most fabulous event of our Junior-year the Junior-Senior Prom. Kenny's new Cafetorium was completely under the camouflage of shrimp nets, soft tropical foliage and scenes from Neptune 's wonderland. We had the best Prom ever and happily reached our goal, the Pirates' Cove. This nightwill truly live in memories, the loveliest night of the year in the history of the Juniors. Thespians all! As Juniors we were privileged to stage the sublime two-act Passion Play. And from the sublime we easily turnedto the ridiculous, comic variety show. Now with final exams as a closing act we were ready to fill the places reserved for Mighty Seniors. 32 ,C W!!!
