Mary Flynn wins the County prize in the My Responsibilities Under the Bill of Rights contest sponsored by the Realtors Association. Finalists for I Speak For Democracy Con- test were Betsey Kincaid, Souham Ina and Nestor Gounaris, who is not pictured here.
