Curators Of Minds Teachers are the mediators between the past and the future. They are the carriers and keepers of the knowledge of the ages, and they are charged with the responsibility of seeing that this knowledge is preserved in the minds of men. This is not an easy taskg nor does it pay well. But it is a task vital to the endurance of man. Experience is the best teacher. A school is structured in such a way as to offer optimum experience. This is the purpose of elective courses, and extracurricular activities, and books. But without teachers, this structure would be like a skeleton. The teacher is needed to expand and explain a subject. The teacher is indispensable and irreplaceable. A school would be twenty rooms full of desks and books and students and nothing else if not for teachers and administrators. The experience of learning could only be intended in such an atmosphere.
