11557912 Foreword Bishop Hogan High School was organized in Sep- tember ot 1940. Seventy boys and girls enrolled and attended classes in a temporary building on The Campus of Saint John's Seminary. The faculty num- bered only three. As soon as a new building was erected on East Meyer Boulevard, attendance in- creased to Tour hundred and Titty. By 1948, a new wing was added, doubling the Tacilities ot the school. At present tive Priests and seventeen Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth and Tour Tull time and Three part Time lay Teachers instruct tive hundred sixty teenagers. Each year since 1944 There has been a yearbook. First entitled THE PIONEER, it became THE PRISM in 1946.
