Mr. Don Fleming, head coach, was ready to make a basket when he was caught by the photographer. Mr. Fleming teaches boys' physical education. Sister Mary Francis Clare, B.V.M., is selecting a book for use during her leisure time. Sister has a sophomore homeroom and teaches religion I and II and English II. Mr. Leonard Heath, band director, takes a break from his busy sched- ule to pose for the photographer. Mr. Heath directs the band, teaches general music and instrumental music. Sister Mary jeanora, B.V M., dis- plays new materials to be used in the teaching of Latin. Sister is assistant junior moderator, moder- ator of assemblies, has a junior homeroom, and teaches Latin I and II and general science. Father Jerome Coyle, a newcomer to Heelan, prepares to go through the daily assignment with his Latin class. Besides Latin, Father teaches religion I and general music and he has a freshman homeroom. Father Jerome Degen is packing his brief case at the end of a per- fect day. Father helps in the dis- cipline department, has a freshman homeroom, and teaches Latin. Father is also freshman moderator, Sister Mary Edward Ann, B.V.M., is planning a kineposium for an American history class. Besides American history, Sister teaches religion III.
