C., to take up his new duties as professor of education at the Catholic Uni- versity. Monsignor was the first principal of Heelan, actively assuming this responsibility in September, 1949, after he had spent two years soliciting funds, planning and supervising the construction of Heelan. We wish to express our gratitude to him for all that he has done, our regret at his absence, and our congratulations and prayers for success in his new undertaking.
