Staff In addition to having an excellent faculty, we also have a very excellent and dedicated staff at TKG. A. Marie Kennedy, secretary and receptionist, has been at T. K. Gorman for 13 years and is much ap- preciated by all for the many helping hands she has offered over the years. D. Mrs. Martha Mitchell has been at Gorman for the past two years, and serves very efficiently as a secretary and bookkeeper. C. Camilo Valverde is our excellent maintenance man for whom there are no problems - or if there are any. he takes care of them in record time. D. Mrs. Pat Fowler and . . . E .... Mrs. Judy Chaump are our very excellent library aides who are always ready, willing, and able to help students and teachers with research, A-V materials and equipment, and even do dou- ble duty by working on the yearbook, especially at deadline time. F. Ora Mae Brown, owner and operator of Ora Mae's Snack Bar, is the favorite chef and friend of all at TKG. G. Jean Golden, Ora Mae's chief assistant and sister. is another friendly face at the snack bar. H. We have two very nice and efficient maintenance persons - Mrs. Zenaida Yarrington and l. It marks the 25th anniversary of his ordination as a priest. On April 12, 1956, at St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in Mundelein, ll- linois, he was ordained as a priest. Since that time he has taught theology and religion to elementary, high school, col- lege and adult classes, has been a hockey and soccer coach, and has been principal of T. K. Gorman since 1977. He celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving and was honored with a reception given by the parish. T. K. Gorman students also honored Fr. O'Mara with a gift and a reception. if 1958 1963 i
