You of this year's graduation class, in particular, must march up ahead of the crowd even though it will mean marching alone. You young men and young women can be real leadersg you can stand out from the common run of conduct by your strength of char- acter, good conduct, and consistent achievement carrying the commands and ideals of Christ in your hearts. In this manner you will have others recognize you as a leader even though you draw only one like yourself in character, conduct, and achievement. Always be willing to set up a just and moral standardg uphold Christ-like idealsg act from principleg never conform to a pattern when it might endanger your soul or spiritual well-being. Yes, we want you to have courage to lead in purity, sinlessness, and unself- ishness. Because of your leadership you will be many times misunderstood, and often rejected by the crowd, but have courage to be different from them if they try to lead you away from the Christian principles you learn in high school Therefore, have the courage to lead a life you can honestly and roudly present to Christ Your ideals are the ideals of Christ. He will be your strength for He is always with you.
