(Front) A. Kristynik, K. Pavlas, R. Chance. Life at Bishop Forest is enjoying the rythmn and beat of fun-filled days and the music of learning. That is how we, the Bishop Forest Ran- ger Band began our first practice of the 1974-75 season. Co-operation and harmony were the ascending signs of our musical talents. In the past year, we marched in parades, performed half-time shows, and en- tertained many friends with our music. We can only say that we are proud of our band and that we really proved that GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES!!! NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY For us it is hard to express our feelings for our school in mere words. We feel as if we have a very important role to play in our school. We represent, and try to project an enthusiasm for scholarship. Yet this is only a part of our purpose. We are also depended on to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to encourage the development of character in students of BFH. We feel as if we are a special part of our school and an important as- set for its benefit. We feel very fortunate to be chosen as members of this or- ganization. Being an N.H.S. member may seem like something to be proud of in itself. But to be an N.H.S. member at BFH is something to be more than proud of, it is something to be grateful for. This is because we know how for- tunate we are to have such a special school. So in gratitude to everyone who made Bishop Forest High possible we would like to send a special THANKS! 1974-75 National Honor Society OFFICERS Debbie Bohac—Reporter Dianne Mensik—Secretary Karen Lednicky—President Diane Besetzny—Vice President Phillip Hadash—Treasurer Jennifer Cernoch—Parliamentary 17 PERSEVERANCE. . . ON their WAY TO THE TOP! Believing that you are the best is an essential attitude to posess on the journey to success in life and the self-confidence makes life all together more enjoyable and meaningful. The Stage Band as a group and each member as an individual, can honest- ly say that we have experienced this quality; both when performing and practicing. We are grateful to have the opportu- nity of performing and playing our music for all to hear. Even though we are small in number, we are large at heart and our music proves this qual- ity. 1974-75 STAGE BAND
