Presented by: SENIOR CLASS of BISHOP FOREST HIGH SCHOOL Schulenburg, Texas VOLUME IX Staff members rush to com- plete the first pages to be sent to the publisher. Nancy and Dinah make plans for the annual with Mr. V. Buck Overall's help. ANNUAL Staff members busily type the pages needed to meet the deadline. FOREWORD A high school represents many concepts of the education of an individual; for some, it signifies teach- ers--those who assume the role of parents in guiding the students toward maturity; to others, it is the hub of activity for their friends for four long years; and to the student himself, it symbolizes that all-important stepping stone into adult life. The '67 Silvascope staff has attempted to combine these varied concepts into one, so that whoever may glance through the pages of this annual will cherish the reflection of what a high school means to him. % Your Silvascope Co-editors, X - ' • Ax V 3 There are many positions of importance within a school system, but one of the most significant and rewarding is that of principal. It is her responsibility to plan and approve all activities of the school. Therefore, it is easy to discern that much of the success of a school can be attributed to its principal. Bishop Forest has been quite successful in its endeavors during the past three years--mainly be- cause of the efforts of our principal, Sister Agnes Ann. For her many outstanding accomplishments, both as an admistrator and an individual, we, the students of B. F. H., proudly dedicate the pages of the '67 Silvascope to her. 4 Arinovj QUV uoiavaasiuiuiQv MOST REVEREND ROBERT E. LUCEY S.T. D. These silent workers constantly strive to maintain the physical plant of Bishop Forest. To these dedicated individuals, we express our appreciation and gratitude for their fine work.
