One of the floats of the Homecoming parade was this Falcon preparing to soar over the Lokota mountain. BEGIN YEAR WITH A BANG SMACK! Co-captains Mike Herr and Fred Nori reward Karrie Ronto as Fenwick's Homecoming Queen of 1960. The weekly pep rallies marked the beginning of the 1960-61 football games season. The entire student body participated in them with each class presenting a skit each week. The season was highlighted by the glorious Homecoming weekend, the football game, the crowning of the Queen, and finally the dance which was held at the American Legion.
