The French Club exists for a two-fold purpose: the study, enjoyment, and appreciation of French culture in all its diverse forms such as a French mass, and the rendering of service to Bishop Dunne y High School in Whatever ways are possible, as exhibited at the Mardi Gras Festival. J, J, 1 5 Super Bug! The Pan Am Club has worked consistently for the past four years selling tostadas in the lounge after the exams. The money raised during the sales went toward Pesos for Braces providing braces for handicapped children. The Pan Am Club awaits the San Antonio Convention in March where competitions are held in various areas of langiage knowledge and culture. 29

Seniors Powder Iuniors' Puff The eerie globe of Reunion Tower gesticulated with patterns of light on the frigid night that Falcon Field witnessed a girl's gridiron classic. The senior ladies clashed with their junior rivals in the Powder-Puff game to provide a pecuniary precipitant for publications. What transpired is a clear matter of historical record. Led by ,Ieannie O'Donnell's 144 yards rushing. the senior girls triumphed over the out-matched juniors. Nevertheless. in this age of sports controversy, the tale is not spent entirely on the playing field, As the beleagured beauties retired to a half-time repose, a frightening fellowship of false femininity took the field. Their tasteful yet tantalizing performance promulgated a virtual plethora of comments, After the game, one member, standing bare-legged in a biting breeze, got at least this off his chest: We only meant to be entertaining - We didn't mean to blow anything out of proportion.
