RELIGICJ Every human heart craves for happinessg it's evident from the wild swirl around today's amusements, the mad chase after pleasure and enjoyment. But the student in the Catholic school knows that to achieve happiness he must know love, and serve God. For four more years after grade school we study religion so that we will be better able to serve Him and attain our goal of unending, satisfying happiness. In our religion course, we are taught the basic truths of the Catholic Church. Each year of high school prepares us to meet obstacles which may confront us during our future lives. These obstacles may just be a question concerning our Faith, or they may be a serious attack against our Faith. As freshmen we study God the Father, that we must love Him and be possessed by His tender careg as sophomores we study God the Son, who gave His life that we might share in it and be saved. In our junior year we study God the Holy Ghost and realize that a Christian must breathe the Spirit of God in all he does, and as seniors, the Triune God in His immensity and our means of living God-like lives in business, in college, in marriage. pf Q . 12
