Eckert, senior moderator, announced the winners of the Senior of the Year Awards. These were given on the basis of senior teachers ' and moderators ' votes. James May, the annual Honors Convo- cation was held the evening of Sunday, May 2, 1976. Students who made the honor roll three straight times were given a letter, course awards were given to students in all subject areas, and organizations gave participants let- ters for their work. Certificates of apprecia- tion were given to office and library assis- tants. Scholarships won by seniors to various universities were announced along with the names of Dan Moll as salutatorian and Joe Fehribach as valedictorian of the 1976 grad- uating class.
