It is difficult to write the story of a school for the people in it The editors tried to be accurate and fair in their treatment of your experiences for the year. In so doing, our hope is that you enjoyed the book and that it will serve, in the years to come, as a record for your remi- niscence. This was how the year went for all those various students who contributed their words This was how they remembered it and we hope you remembered it. We cannot close without special acknowl- edgement for the help of various other indi- viduals who were not part of our staff, but without whom, this book would not have been. Our thanks goes to Dick Peterman of Delmar Publishing Company for his help and guidance; Mr Leo Tierney for the original idea of the Big Daddy emblem; Craig Dalton and the News- week for pictures used on page 38; Al Waller for graduation and baccalaureate pictures; Mr Robert Casey for some of the Belle of Louisville cruise pictures; David Reichelt for the varsity football pictures; Debbie Fulner for the junior ring dance pictures.
