Many gifts are spontaneous and business firms frequently give gifts to departments of the college in order to secure more employees for their firms. Mr. Irving A. Baker Makes the Office Of Vice-President One of Active Service if Mr. lrving A. Baker, vice-president, came to Bishop in 1967 from New York. Aside from his duties at Bishop, he is a frequent speaker at civic meetings and makes a definite contribution to the development of fair .......
