Carol won second place in the state Ameri- can Legion Oratory Contest last year and received a gubernatorial scholarship for her all-around speaking excellence. CAMERA CLUB The camera club has as its purpose the education of its members in the art of photography. Through filmstrips and practice, students are learning how to take, develop, and enlarge their own pictures. These future photographic greats will always remember the fun and work in Bishop Carroll's dark- room under the supervision of Fr. Noel, O.S.B. PEP CLUB The pep club, composed of members of all four classes, has as its purpose the boosting of the school spirit of the student body and team members alike. They strive to fulfill this purpose by creat- ing an atmosphere of victory through uniform cheering and team effort. They are under the direction of Miss Lazere. , 'i
