BAND The Bishop Amal Band has come a long way in the past two years. Under the direction of Mrs. Rosemary Fernan- dez, (direct left) and drum major Gina Nesci. (bottom left) the band will continue to be a strong part of Amat pep for years to come. The Golden Lancer Band, which represents our school at many functions throughout the year, will for the first time in Amat history have a place to call its own. The Performing Arts building located adjacent to Kiefcr Sta- dium will be the future site of many musical activities to come. The Bishop Amat Band holds true to the motto which summarizes the attitude of the school; God gave us talent, so Be Proud. Pep 135
