Drake, to whose memory we gratefully dedicate the l95l year- book, Memories, symbolize to us thef loyalty and consecration of lives devoted to the building of strong minds, strong bodies, and strong characters among the stu- dents who throughout the years have passed through the portals of Biscoe High School. It is impossible to summarize the lasting impressions made by these true friends upon the lives of the young people of Biscoe. Truly they were bridge build- ers, and our feet will tread safely and fearlessly the path- ways of life because ofthe shin- ing examples of their lives, so fruitfully and abundantly lived among us.
