The quiet manner in which Dot went about her work did not detract from her personality. She was a iolly good sport and a peppy cheer- leader at all the basketball games. We all loved her winsome smile and cute way of talking. She was a soprano in the glee club. Her ambition was to become a nurse. We believe that she will make a good one because of her sanguine heart and friendly nature. EDWIN DUNN lmascotj Son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Dunn VERNON MYRICK Lonnie Although he ioined the seniors in their senior year, Vernon was immediately taken in and made one of the senior gang. But then, why should he when he could do the same thing with little effort that others work hours to complete? He was a guard on the basketball team, captain of the football team, member of the glee club and also was on the parliamentary procedure team. His good team- work and fast break proved a valuable asset to the basketball team. He had an easy going manner and iolly laugh that everyone liked. His laughter will echo through our memory for- EVBY. REBECCA MCALISTER SKB eckyry The members of the senior class will remember especially the warm-hearted and loving nature of Becky. She was secretary of the glee club, treasurer of the senior class, guard in basketball, assistant editor on the Memories staff, vice president of the Beta Club and a contestant in the an- nual peace speaking contest. Her hobby is collecting sacred poetry. She worked in the principal's office four years. The memory of her brightness and good humor will remain with us throughout all our years. MARY ALICE K ENN EDY Maral1Ice', Mary Alice was one of the most studious of the seniors, but this didn't keep her from lending a helping hand to anyone who needed it. She was on the Hi-Lites staff and was also a member of the glee club. We will cherish her good humor and co-operative at- titude forever. FRANCES NALL Frances Frances was one of the quietest girls in the senior class but appreciated and liked by all. She was a faithful member of the glee club and a good student.
