I would par- ticularly Iike to commend the excellent support you, the students, have given your officers and school. A leader is only as strong as the people he represents. It is my privilege to congratulate the graduates. I feel confident that they will go forth as a credit to Birmingham. With you the returning students, rests the responsibility of diligent work to ever improve Birmingham and its prestige in the community.
