DEDICATION ln October of 1957, Mr. Brooks Willioms, then our Boys' Vice- Principol, vvos selected to be the Coordinator of Registrorsf' o position thot took him off our compus. Mr. Willioms, often referred to os lVlr. Birmingham, truly eorned thot title during his stoy ot our school. He vvos the first person ossigned to Birmingham. The position he held ot Thoit time wos thot of Heod Counselor. After serving os Counselor for three yeors ond seeing our school grow from ll6O to 2800 students, he wos mode Boys' Vice- Principal. When the enrollment reoched the point of needing still onother Vice-Principol, Mrs Willioms chose the Senior High School position. To the students who ottended the mdny extrc:-curriculor octivities ot school, Mr. Willioms wos no stronger. He wos present ot moiny othletic events, donces, ond ploys to observe his students ot other-thon- ocodemic pursuits.
