Some girls K??J have got new boy friends now that the carnival has come to town. The Juniors chose their class rings. Couldn't be as pretty as the Seniors. The Freshmen received their death sentence. 'Are you going to play ball Jerry?n 'Nope!' 'Why did- n't you act like a man and come and tell me?' D Freshmen initiation tonight!!! Rev. Meyers gave our annual Monday morning talk this morning. Some classes appear to funny for words. At least Jim was awfully tickled this morning. Seniors got out of English class because we had a year- book salesman. Visitor at school today. Lots of wolf calls around the front seats. Boys played in the baseball tournament at Eldon. We seem to have pigeons coming to school these days. Beautiful music emitted from the assembly. Reason- new radio. New member in school called Sally Rand!! Right Barbara? Old B. H. S. sounds like a gambling casino what with everyone betting a coke on who will win the World Series The inevitable happened. Yankees won l to 0. Momma and poppa went after the cider and took the kids along. Right Donna??? Lot of fun at the carnival but no money. Boys had their first basketball practice. Uh! Oh! Hillsboro beat us 15 to 2 in baseball.

Seniors have gone to buy, beg or borrow advertising money for the annual. Report cards today. Some one new on the honor roll. He sure must have a lot pull. Juniors got their class rings. I am going to take back what I said on Sept. 9. The 39553 gage doesn't seem to be upholding their title Sixty-four dollar question. Who is J. P.? The Junior play 'Desperate Ambrose' is tonight. 'Mary Anna osn't sing very wel1.' Right Mr. lcC1ean? Speaker for today - Rev. Meyers. Everyone looks stupider than usual today. Why? Hallo- ween skating party last night. Seniors sure look happy. No history class. Hrs. G. Nelson is back. She was sick yesterday. Rev. Tompson wasn't able to be here this morning so Rev Pickard took his place. 'Is everybody happy?' 'We1l, yes.' We beat Lockridge last night. Pictures taken for the annual today. Armlstise Day - National holiday. I guess we don't be- long to the nation. Movie today. 'About Face.' S1 is getting to be quite a oasanova on the bus. How about that Donna. We are being inspected by the state inspector today. We're a model school!! Rally we are!! Our teachers look ratner green around the gills this P.M. After effects of the Home Ee. faculty dinner no doubt.
