IIUMECIIMI TG Homecoming this year was on October 15. The big day started with a large parade through town, followed oy the football game with Brew- ster which ended with a score of 0 to O. During half time, it was announced that the 8th grade had received first prize, after which the Alumni float brought the candidates onto the field and Queen Carolyn was crowned. That night we danced to the music of the Dixie Cats. Eli ' 5532 l Jlwlnn-swan mmm With great precision, the juniors carried out the exciting theme of Oriental Gardens. By passing over a bridge, one could get to the dance loor, which was effectively decorated with ming trees from which hung Chinese lanterns. For the ones who would rather sit. and watch, chairs which matched the theme per fectly, were placed on the border of the dance floor. 'lo really transport us into an oriental land, mysterious odors floated through the air. After a delicious meal and interesting pro- gram, we danced to the music of Bob Murphy and his orchestra. We enjoyed the enchantment of the evening which weaved a memory that won't be forgotten easily. -fi 'af wmfhgdkw YEARIOOKS
