CLASS Ill 'l'0llY On September 3, IQ43, twenty timid little folks started to school. Of these original twenty, eight of them have remained to graduate with us at the end of twelve years. They are: Radean Wright, Connie Bolyard, Dennie Cormack, Beverly Elliott, George Fishel, Joene Harris, Don Kehlbeck, and Don Shahan. Our teacher was Mrs. Ardis fSmithJ Boersma. Our second grade teacher was Miss Freda Hall. We gained Eldon Forbes and lost seven of our fellow classmen so to start out the third grade we have fourteen in our class In the third grade we gained Sue Bartlett Dale Brethower Myrna Duncan Gwen Rambat and Shirley Underwood We lost one member of our class this year Miss Vernetta fDu1tsmanJ Haack was our teacher During the fourth grade we gained Ruth Beason Robert Berger, Karen Boyington Kenneth Burr Gayla Hilty Merle Johnson Gordon Murray Jim Rambat, and David Leach but lost Charlotte Kearns at the beginning of the second semester Miss Leone QLangJ Freemyer was our teacher Doris Bandel Johnny Eggers Rod Laird and Lois Meguire joined our happy little group in the fifth grade ln the last semester we gained Donald Sharp We lost seven members at the close of the year Mr Don Felzien was our teacher Miss Dorothy Niehaus was our teacher during our sixth grade We gained two boys Dillon Bowers and Doug Henning and lost David Leach We were pretty proud of being seventh graders since we got to move over to the high school building We gained Coralyn Dilhnger and Richard Boswell and lost Bruce Oxerturf and Rod Laird Our sponsor was Miss Mary L Grttten Joene Harris and Doug Henning were our candidates for King and Queen at the Senior Camival In the eighth grade Don Shahan, Eugene Bruce, Otis Berry and Robert Berger Joined us We were fortunate not to lose any classmates Mr B111 Carnker was our sponsor The highlight of our eighth grade, was our graduation from grade school Johnny Eggers and Gayla I-Iilty were our candidates for King and Queen at the Senior Carnival We started our high school career off with a bang The Freshmen Initiation will always be remembered as a lot of fun Some of us came out with some un known talentl We gained Bob Hinz, Harold Stevens and Royce Fisher, and lost Lois Nleguire Our sponsor was Bernard Bashford Once again rn our sophomore year Rod Laird came back to Join us The most remembered event in our sophomore year was serving at the Junior Senior Prom It proved rather CXClIlIlgl Mrs Opal McCullough was our class sponsor Kay Johnson Joined us during our Junior year Planning, preparing and building the Juntor Senior Prom will be remembered as a lot of hard work but loads of fun Mr Bernard Bashford and Mr J B Hoffert were our sponsors Our Senior year will always remain with us as fond memories of our school days Attending the Junior Senior Prom, Alumni Banquet working hard to raise enough money for our Senior Trip, and most of all graduating from BCRHS took the spotlight during our high school days Our most capable sponsors who made it possible for such a successful year were Mr J B Hoffert and Mr Quentin Percival We now say goodbye to BCRHS and wish all the underclassmen success in the future years Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for a successful twelve years of school to our wonderful teachers and friendsl l l 6 9.7! t , T ,Kp DORIS BANDEL FHA I234PepC b I2 34 Vocall 2 Sen1orPlay4 SUE BARTLETT Mixed Ensemble 3 4 F H I 2 3 4 Pep Club 3 4 Pep Club President 4 Contest Play 4 Speech Play 2 Junior Play 3 Dance Band 3 Band I 2 3 4 Band Bust ness Manager 3 Vocal I 2 3 4 Saxophone Quartet 3 4 Annual Assistant Business Manager4 F H A Photo grapher 4 Band Librarian I 2 Saxophone Solo 3 4 Clarinet Quartet 2 Typing ll team 4 91- iqi !
