TWAS SPIRIT WEEK 'Twas the week of homecoming, and all through the school, the students were wearing hats and T-shirts trying to be cool. On the second day, the kids were looking kind of queer, as they were dressed in the 50's look of yesteryear. Then another day of spirit: the third, how absurd, the student body was dress- ed as nerds! The fourth day came as a specialty because the students were dressed like a favorite cele- brity. The final day of the 1986 homecoming spirit week came with students dressed in blue and gold - to celebrate a happy homecoming to all the young and old. All the students who dressed up for every day were certainly rewarded, for when the pep rally came that very night, they were given a special treat. So the lesson of this little tale is, dress as crazy as you wish for spirit week, be- cause if y o u are crazy enough you will get a treat.
