CLASS PROPHECY From fifty-three to fifty-seven, We were all in seventh heaven; The fun we had in these four years Will be remembered through smiles and tears. Let's look into the future and see, Where the Class of '57 will be; In '67 ten years from this May, Let's listen to what the prophets say. Henry Altman is still single we see. What on earth can the trouble be; Oh! he just returned from four years at sea And found Barbara married with children three. Louise Altman and hubby settled in Birch Run, There sits Louise, all her work done; She just stands around and hollers and shouts While the work is being done by her ten little sprouts. A cabinet member Bob wants to be. And maybe someday fill the Presidency; A Studebaker was his twelfth grade dream Soon Andrews will be driving a Limousine. With a ring on her finger, and a smile on her face, Gloria Arnold has set a new pace, She has settled down to be a good wife She says, I think I'll like this new life. We see the class' slick looking man. Going with his Chevy as fast as he can; The girls are all trying to catch Ed Beach But, as they all know, he is far out of reach. This young man is now headed for Washington D. C., He changed political parties you see; He succeeded in routing out Ike And now Gillie speaks from the White House Mike . This friendly and quiet little Miss Buckley, Still continues to smile and be lucky; Last year the title Miss Personality she won This year, Mrs. Jim Morse, Pat hopes to become. Who could the blond with all the girls be. At the soda bar at C. M. C.; He sure gets around and burns the fuel Oh, it's just our classmate, Jim Buell. Dolores and Junior made it to the altar. Junior was waiting and Dolores didn't falter; We see they are getting along just fine Their children are numbered one through nine. Our crystal ball tells us twenty years from now, Raphael Cassiday will be walking behind a plow; His ambition was to fly a giant plane Instead he's combing a horse's mane. CLASS PROPHECY CON’T. Pat LaBonte has made a success out of life, She's an excellent mother and a wonderful wife; In teaching Kindergarten she takes great pride But she and Richie have their own little tribe. We see Alvin Loomis and his musical comb. Went off to Hollywood to buy a big home; Like Elvis Presley he quickly rose to fame Despite the fact his music is quite tame. Ten little tow-heads all in a row. Are they Dorothy Magnus' would you know? They all have her eyes and golden hair. Except the little one who's head is bare. As we look a few years ahead, Art Matzke is the first we see; A house, a barn, a new tool shed Him, his wife, and children three. She types and files all day long. The boss says she does everything wrong; Sharon McCulloch has this job for life The reason is simple--she's the boss' wife. Mr. Ombry's dramatics class gave him his start, He's now in the theater making his mark; Who's this in Hollywood with all the glitter Of course, it's our own Tony Miller. Is that Jim Morse with the bald head and pot belly. He always had a figure like Knock Out Kelly ; To lose some weight and look real trim He could use a workout at Stillman's gym. Tim Morse is driving a Cadillac now. All over town the expression is Wow ; He still thrills the girls and makes them tingle Get on the ball, girls, Tim's still single. Lola Moyer has traveled around the world we see. And now is happy as can be; She married a King from a far away land And now she's Queen of Afghanistan. Donna Nass owns a factory in Monroe, Producing shoes that make women's eyes glow; The stores are stocking them row upon row Which makes Donna happy 'cause she's hauling in dough. Taking temperatures, giving pills. To remedy mankind's numerous ills; Ruth Ann's patients say she will never grow old For under her uniform beats a heart of gold. This red-headed gal's name is Betty Percy, She gives the patients at General her mercy; In her spare time she travels far and wide Always keeping her patients in mind.
